As we rush into the head-long development of Africa, the inevitable destruction of its languages, cultures and gods is not considered at all (any more than we consider the on-going destruction of our own). There are no lines for such stuff in our fiscal statements. Or for what happens to our souls in driving such a stupendous desiccation of spirit — such an Aralization of the human cradle.
