Conservatism has come to power in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and NZ — the “5-eyes” group, aka cyclops and the 4 ayes. This aggressive new form of “conservatism” was invented by Stalinists who stumbled onto the question: if everything functions first of all as propaganda, what does it matter what we call ourselves or what sort of economic system we use for control? With the passage of time it became clear that conservatism (wink wink) and capitalism (wink wink) were actually far better suited to their aims than Marxism and socialism.
