Progress of the commie make-over/take-over

The minor league USSR commies took out the Aral Sea.  What was once the 4th largest lake in the world, larger than all the great lakes except Superior, is now gone — transformed into desert through meticulous planning and colossal construction projects. The great rivers that once fed it,  the Amu Darya (the classical Oxus) and the Syr Darya, have largely been turned away from the sea for irrigation. Meanwhile, the people of the lake have been impoverished and sickened and driven from their homes, disappeared by the remote hand of the planner, the engineer, the economist and the politician.

Now the new and enhanced commies have their sights set on the rain forests of south-east Asia, on the Amazon basin, on old growth wherever it survives. Now the entire planet is to be redone by the invisible hand of the investor!

Are you ready to begin mining the moon and mars?

Congratulations!  You are a conservative!
